Combs Construction
offers a variety of services to make home building more enjoyable:
- Creation and revision of your house plan, at our
office. If you choose to build with us, the cost of the plan is credited
against your building cost.
- Consultation regarding available materials as
your plan is being created at our office, with samples of materials
on-hand.
- Creation, revision and execution of your
contract, at our office. Included with your contract is a house project
schedule, an estimate of costs, a draw schedule and a customer decision
schedule.
- Provision of our customer decision schedule to
assist you in planning the decisions that only an owner can make in
concert with your project schedule.
- Provision of a web-login and password to allow
you to review your project schedule, draw schedule and budget versus
actual costs and updates as we go, along with pictures of your house at
each phase of completion.

Our process is
designed to take the stress, anxiety and artwork out of the home building
experience. We work with you in a comfortable setting to:
- Create your plan.
- Show you examples of materials to help begin your
decision-making process.
- Tell you what decisions need to be made and when,
and give you time to choose.
- Provide you with the tools necessary to monitor
the progress of your home, whether you’re in town or out of town.
Our process is designed around you. Our intent
is to make sure that we, you and your banker are all on the same page, all
of the time. We even provide a house warming gift upon completion. Your
positive experience is the cornerstone of our business.
