Kim Maltby

Our President is Kim Maltby.  Kim was born and raised in Henderson County as were her parents, David and Beverly Parris. Kim attended Fletcher Elementary, Rugby Middle and graduated from West Henderson High School in 1993.

Kim left Henderson County long enough to graduate from Western Carolina University with a Bachelors Degree in Special Education. She returned to Henderson County to marry her high school sweetheart, Brett.  Brett has been a police officer with Ashville Police Department for over 6 years. Together they have 3 children; Emily is 7, Drew is 6 and our newest addition Parker was born in April of 2006.

Kim has been an active member of Mills River United Methodist Church for over 15 years. She is very detail oriented and takes great pride in her family and her Henderson County heritage.

Kathy Roberts McCraw

Kathy comes from a large family with 3 generations of local builders. 

She was born and raised in Henderson County, and is very detail oriented and customer focused.  Kathy works with sales and marketing and insures customer satisfaction.

Kathy makes sure that all jobs pass the “white glove” test.
